Late night opening at the brewery shop until 7pm to ensure that you have all the supplies you need for the weekend.

Friday 2nd March

"FIRST FRIDAY" our beer tasting event on the first Friday of every month from 5pm - 7pm.

Enjoy samples of beer and nibbles with expert advice on serving, tasting and food matching. An ideal start to the month!

Meet the Producer - Special Tasting Events for 2012

You can drop in anytime from 12 noon but you may wish to come for one of the informal presentations by the producer at 1pm and 3pm on each of the afternoons below. NO NEED TO BOOK.

Saturday 7th April - English Gin from the Foxdenton Estate, near Winslow
Come and meet the producer and hear about the history of gin making in England. Sample the exquisite London Dry Gin and range of fruit gins.

Saturday 5th May - English Whisky from Norfolk
Come and meet the producer and hear about the new craft of English Whisky making. Sample these new drinks for yourself and have some fun blind testing them against their Scottish cousins.

Saturday 23rd June - English Wine from Daws Hill Vineyard, Radnage
Come and meet the producer and hear about the development of English ‘champagne’ in the Chilterns. Sample the delicious wines and sparkling cider and consider how well they suit an English summer afternoon.

Saturday 18th August - The Brewers at The Chiltern Brewery
Come and hear about the way that we make our Classic English Ales and have a chance to put your questions to our brewing team.
