Daws Hill - Bottle Fermented Cider 75cl - £6.95 OUT OF STOCK UNTIL END MARCH FOR NEW SEASON CIDER

"To call drink 'cider' is perhaps misleading. We start with apple juice rather than grape juice. From then on the cider is fermented using the same Champagne yeasts as our sparkling wine. It is aged in the tank and on the lees for the same time as the wine then bottled in Champagne bottles. Thus, it is in effect Apple Sparkling Wine with an ABV of 7%. This traditional method produces a dry, effervescent, delicately flavoured drink."
